Agreement to these terms
By using flossophydentalalliance.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
The site is operated by Flossophy Dental Studio — Matthew Le PLLC, a dental practice with offices in Fort Worth and Haltom City, Texas.
This site is not medical advice
Everything here is general educational information about dental treatment. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation, and not a substitute for being examined by a dentist. Reading it does not create a dentist–patient relationship.
No two mouths are the same. What a page describes as typical may not apply to you, and outcomes, timelines and prices vary with your clinical situation. Never delay seeking care, or disregard advice from a qualified professional, because of something you read here.

Appointment requests and communication
- Submitting a form or booking request is a request. An appointment exists once our team confirms it.
- Requests are not monitored continuously and are not a route for urgent problems. Call the office for anything urgent.
- Please do not send detailed health information through this site or by ordinary email — neither is secure.
- Online booking runs on our scheduling provider’s platform, subject to their terms.
- You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it — including where you book for a child or dependent.
- We may contact you by phone, text or email about appointments unless you tell us to stop.
Prices, offers and insurance
Prices and promotions shown here — including the $99 new patient special, the $29* emergency exam, $1,000 off implants and dentures and the in-house membership discount — are subject to conditions and may change or end without notice. They apply to specific treatment and cannot generally be combined with each other or with insurance benefits on the same treatment.
Any figure on this site is an estimate, not a quote. Your actual cost depends on examination findings and, where applicable, your insurance plan. You receive a written treatment estimate before treatment begins.
Listing an insurance carrier means we work with plans from that carrier. It does not guarantee your particular plan is in network or that a treatment is covered. Benefits are verified case by case and remain subject to your insurer’s determination.
Financing through Cherry or CareCredit is offered by those companies, on their terms, and approval is their decision.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site unlawfully, or to harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system.
- Do not scrape, mirror or bulk-download the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
- Do not interfere with the site’s operation or introduce malicious code.
- Do not submit other people’s personal or health information without their authorisation.
- We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
Intellectual property and third-party content
The text, layout, graphics and photographs on this site belong to Flossophy Dental Studio or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Anything else needs our written permission.
Invisalign®, SureSmile®, iTero™, Cherry, CareCredit and the insurance carrier names used here are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them to describe the products and plans we work with; no endorsement or affiliation is implied beyond that.
We link to and embed third-party services, including Google Maps and our booking portal. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flossophy Dental Studio — Matthew Le PLLC and its owners, staff and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of this site.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for professional dental care actually provided to you as a patient, or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Texas law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Tarrant County, Texas.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
We may revise these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the revision. This version is current as of September 2026.
