If we got something right, a review helps the next nervous patient decide to pick up the phone. It takes about a minute.
And if something fell short, we would genuinely rather hear it from you first. Call (817) 720-0121 or email contact-info@flossophydentalstudio.com and it will reach the practice directly. Most complaints are things we can fix straight away.

- Mention which treatment you had, if you are comfortable doing so — it is the detail future patients find most useful.
- Please do not include other patients’ details, and remember reviews are public.

Not claims about ourselves — the four things reviews of any dental practice actually turn on.
Whether it hurt
Comfort is a technique problem, not a personality trait. Topical anaesthetic before injections, slow delivery, and stopping when you raise a hand.
Whether the price changed
You get a written estimate with your insurance benefit applied before treatment starts. If the plan changes mid-treatment, you hear about it before it happens.
Whether you were kept waiting
We schedule realistic appointment lengths rather than double-booking chairs. Running late happens; not telling you about it should not.
Whether anyone explained anything
Photos and 3D scans on the screen, in plain English. If you leave not understanding what was done, we have failed at the easy part.
About our reviews
Do you offer anything in exchange for reviews?
No. Incentivised reviews break Google’s policies and the FTC’s endorsement rules, and they make every other review on the listing worth less. We ask, and that is all.
Do you remove negative reviews?
We cannot, and we would not want to. We do respond to them. If you have had a poor experience, please contact the office directly so we have a chance to put it right.
Can I review you if I am a new patient?
Please do. Reviews from first visits are the most useful ones for other people deciding whether to book.
