Accessibility Statement
What we do to keep this site and both offices usable for everyone — and how to tell us when we fall short. Last updated September 2026.
Our commitment
We want every patient to be able to use this website and both of our offices independently and with dignity. That includes patients who use screen readers, navigate by keyboard, rely on magnification or captions, or have limited mobility.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard generally referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Accessibility is not a one-off project, and we treat reported barriers as defects to be fixed.
What we have done on this site
- Keyboard access. Menus, dropdowns and accordions all operate from the keyboard, and can be closed with Escape.
- Screen readers. Semantic headings and landmarks, descriptive link text, ARIA labels on controls, and
aria-expandedkept in sync with what is actually open. - Images. Meaningful images carry alternative text; purely decorative layers are marked so screen readers skip them.
- Contrast and text. Body text is sized and coloured for readability, and the layout reflows without loss of content when text is enlarged.
- Reduced motion. Animations and transitions are disabled for visitors whose system requests reduced motion.
- Responsive layout. Every page works down to small phone screens, with a full navigation menu on mobile.
Accessibility at both offices
- Ground-floor suites at both Fort Worth and Haltom City, with step-free access from the car park.
- Free on-site parking directly outside each suite.
- Wheelchair access to the reception and treatment areas.
- Extra appointment time on request, for patients who need a slower pace.
- We will explain treatment verbally, in writing, or with images on screen — whichever works for you.
- Tell us what you need when you book and we will have it ready rather than improvising on the day.
Known limitations
We would rather name these than imply the site is perfect:
- Embedded Google Maps. The maps on our location pages are Google’s component and we cannot fix its accessibility. Every address is also given as plain text, and we will give directions over the phone.
- Online booking portal. Booking runs on our scheduling provider’s platform, which we do not control. If any part of it is unusable for you, call (817) 720-0121 and we will book for you.
- Third-party financing. Cherry and CareCredit applications are on their own websites, under their own accessibility policies.
- Older documents. Some PDFs and forms may not be fully tagged. Ask and we will provide the content in an accessible format.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of this site or either office prevents you doing something, we want to know. Please tell us the page or place, what you were trying to do, and what you use to browse if that is relevant.

We aim to respond within three business days. If something is blocking you from booking or getting care, call — we will simply do it with you over the phone while we fix the underlying problem.
